Abuse & Illegal-Content Reporting

What you can report

• illegal content or unlawful goods and services;
• copyright, trademark or other rights infringements;
• fraud, deceptive practices or impersonation;
• malware, phishing or other security abuse;
• spam and unsolicited bulk messaging.

Electronic report

Please provide the URL or domain, the problem type and legal reason, a description and your contact. After submitting you will receive a reference number as an acknowledgement of receipt.

How we handle reports

Reports are assessed by a human review. Depending on severity, risk and legal requirements, we may remove or disable content, restrict functionality, require corrective action, or suspend or terminate the affected account or project.

Where reasonably possible, we notify the affected user of the reason and give them an opportunity to remedy the issue or request a review. This human review is separate from any automated checks used to detect abuse.
