This policy defines activities and content that are not permitted on CREVORO and explains how we protect customers, infrastructure and third parties.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all CREVORO accounts, projects, domains, integrations, files, automated tasks and customer-facing services built or operated through CREVORO.
2. Illegal and abusive activity
You must not use CREVORO to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, including:
- malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft or unauthorised access;
- fraud, deceptive impersonation, scams or materially misleading commercial practices;
- spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or abusive automation;
- sale or facilitation of goods, services or content prohibited by applicable law;
- unlawful surveillance, doxxing, stalking or misuse of personal data;
- content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.
3. Security and infrastructure
You must not probe, attack, overload, bypass, disable or interfere with CREVORO security controls, rate limits, authentication, isolation boundaries, deployment gates or infrastructure. You must not use CREVORO to attack or gain unauthorised access to third-party systems.
4. Regulated and high-risk uses
If your project operates in a regulated field or processes sensitive data, you are responsible for obtaining any licences, notices, consents, professional review and safeguards required by law. CREVORO does not automatically make a regulated business compliant merely by building its website or software.
5. Payments and customer transactions
Projects that take payments must comply with the rules of the configured payment provider and applicable consumer, tax, sanctions, anti-fraud and product rules. You may not use CREVORO to disguise the nature of a transaction or to evade a provider restriction.
6. Enforcement and reports
We may investigate suspected breaches and may restrict, suspend or terminate affected functionality or accounts. Where appropriate, we may preserve evidence or cooperate with competent authorities as required by law.
Abuse and illegal-content reports can be submitted through the abuse reporting page on crevoro.com, which records the relevant URL or domain, a description, the type of problem or legal reason and a contact. Reports can also be sent to hello@crevoro.com with the relevant domain, project or account reference. A human contact channel is maintained in addition to any automated routing.
7. Moderation, restrictions and appeals
Reported content and suspected breaches are reviewed by CREVORO. Depending on severity, risk and legal requirements, we may remove or disable content, restrict functionality, require corrective action, or suspend or terminate the affected account or project.
Where reasonably possible, we notify the affected user of the reason and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue or request a review. A review can be requested through the notice received or by contacting hello@crevoro.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and to confirm the outcome. This policy does not limit any right to report content through the abuse reporting page or to complain to a competent authority.
