Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid CREVORO plans and prepaid services purchased directly from Synaria Ltd. It supplements the Terms of Service. Third-party charges, such as domain registrations or Stripe processing fees, are governed by the relevant third party.

2. Plans, price and renewal

Paid plans are shown with their price, billing period and features before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, a paid subscription renews automatically for the same period until it is cancelled.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing or subscription management controls in your account, or by contacting hello@crevoro.com. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Refunds

Fees already incurred are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund or where CREVORO agrees otherwise. Nothing in this policy restricts statutory rights, including any mandatory consumer right of withdrawal or remedy available in your country of residence.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact hello@crevoro.com with the project or account reference and we will review it.

5. Consumer rights and immediate performance

If you contract as a consumer and a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right applies to a digital service, the relevant pre-contract information is provided before you pay. Where you ask CREVORO to begin performance immediately, we record that request. If you then withdraw within the statutory period, you may be required to pay for the service already provided to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update this policy when our plans, billing or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
