Space — Legal Terms
This schedule describes only the currently implemented Space model. We do not claim features that are not in place.
1. Scope
This schedule governs CREVORO Space (the agency / white-label model). It is incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference.
2. What Space is
Space is a separate product surface on crevoro.space that an agency registers for through onboarding. Space counts client accounts, not projects — one client can have several projects and uses one seat.
3. Tiers and limits
Standard tiers cap at 5/10/20/50 active clients. At the limit no further active client can be created; the only path is an upgrade (no per-client overage billing). Enterprise uses an individual limit with no fixed public price.
4. Wholesale pricing
Standard Space tiers carry a configurable partner/wholesale discount (default 20%) on the CREVORO plan the agency’s client takes. The client keeps the normal public CREVORO plan; only the price charged to the agency changes. CREVORO Rings stays a separate ecosystem plan.
5. Agency responsibility (agency / white-label)
The agency acts as the service provider to its clients and is responsible for content, the lawfulness of personal-data collection, and for not passing client data or brand to end users in an unlawful way. Towards CREVORO it remains the customer under the Terms of Service.
6. Client data
The agency is the controller of client data in its projects; Synaria Ltd acts as processor under the DPA where it processes personal data on the agency’s behalf. The agency is responsible for the legal basis and for handling data-subject requests from its clients.
7. Brand and custom domain
Space supports branding (name, logo, colours, contacts) and a custom-domain status of pending → verified → active → error. A per-agency wildcard portal at <slug>.crevoro.space is not active until wildcard DNS and a certificate exist for it.
8. Onboarding and payments — status
The registration wizard creates a Space application; Enterprise becomes an application with no fixed price. No self-service paid Space checkout is implemented in this scope — an application is not a payment and does not activate a subscription.
9. Termination
Space may be suspended or terminated for breach, non-payment or abuse. Client accounts are handled under the Terms of Service; before termination we provide reasonable assistance to export data using the service’s available functions.
