Affiliate — Legal Terms
This schedule describes only the currently implemented affiliate model. We do not claim features that are not in place.
1. Scope
This schedule governs the CREVORO Affiliate Programme. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference and prevails for matters concerning the affiliate programme.
2. Commission model
An affiliate earns 15% of eligible CREVORO subscription payments for months 1–12 and 5% from month 13 for as long as the account keeps paying. Only successfully paid CREVORO subscription lines form the eligible base; taxes, fees and non-subscription items are excluded. The stored rate and amount are not rewritten retroactively when settings change.
3. Attribution
One paying customer has at most one affiliate owner. Self-referral is rejected. A click is attributed for 30 days until sign-up; the source is permanently bound to the customer account after registration.
4. Reversal (refunds and chargebacks)
A refund or chargeback reverses the corresponding commission proportionally and idempotently. Every Stripe event is credited at most once.
5. Payouts and integration status
Payouts move requested → approved → paid (or cancelled). The minimum is configurable (default 1000 CZK) with a per-affiliate override. Automated payouts are not enabled by default — payouts require manual confirmation by an operator.
6. Combination with CREVORO Space
Affiliate commission and the Space wholesale discount never stack on the same client subscription. A Space client subscription does not normally generate affiliate commission (space_client_excludes_affiliate). Lead attribution is stored and visible; no automatic financial reward between a referrer and an agency is active.
7. Roles and responsibility
Roles combine freely (customer + affiliate + Space owner). An affiliate is responsible for the legality of their promotion and for not using deceptive practices.
8. Termination
Breach, fraud or abuse lead to suspension or termination of participation. Accrued entitlements remain unless the law provides otherwise.
